Position Overview
This role offers flexibility based on experience and availability:
✔ Full-Time: Overseeing both the 11,000 sq. ft. private estate and a 3,000 sq. ft. office property (20-30 hours/week, flexible based on household needs).
✔ Part-Time: Focusing on the primary residence only, with a set schedule of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (10AM - 3/4PM) (15-18hours/week).
✔ Schedule Flexibility: The team are open to discussing a Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Friday option (Thursday off) for a candidate who can efficiently complete responsibilities across both properties.
This is a team-oriented household where the Housekeeper will work alongside the Estate Manager to ensure smooth household operations. While the home is maintained to high standards, the principals appreciate clear communication and flexibility, ensuring a work environment that is both structured and supportive.

Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping & Organization
✔ Maintain cleanliness and order throughout all living spaces.
✔ Follow a structured cleaning schedule while maintaining flexibility for princples fluid schedule, and special projects.
✔ Perform routine deep cleaning and daily tidying/resetting of high-traffic areas.
✔ Use appropriate products to care for brass, stone, and specialty finishes (training provided if needed).
Laundry & Garment Care
✔ Manage laundry, ironing, and garment care, including handling delicate fabrics.
✔ Organize and maintain household linens and wardrobe systems.
✔ Collbarate with Estate Manager Facilitate dry-cleaning handoffs and wardrobe maintenance.
Kitchen & Household Maintenance
✔ Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-organized kitchen environment.
✔ Assist with light fridge organization and help occasionally oversee perishable deliveries.
✔ Monitor household inventory & supplies, restocking as needed.
✔ Proactively identify and report minor maintenance issues or concerns. (e.g., spotting leaks, ensuring humidity control).
Pet Care – A Top Priority
The family’s two dogs are truly cherished members of the home, and they are looking for a housekeeper who enjoys working in a pet-friendly environment. ✔ Occasionally assisting with pet-related tasks (e.g., handoff to mobile groomers, cleaning of water bowls).

Guest & Child-Friendly Assistance
✔ Occasionally assist in preparing guest spaces (e.g., making beds, setting up guest rooms, and guest room inventory checks).
✔ While there are no children in the home or childcare responsibilities, the family has occasional young visitors and values a housekeeper who is comfortable working in a home with children.
