Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Live-In House Manager to oversee the care, organization, and smooth operation of a private residence in Boca Raton, FL. This role requires the candidate to reside on the property in a private guest house, ensuring the household runs efficiently and all responsibilities are consistently managed. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in childcare and be comfortable babysitting 2-3 times per week.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the overall care and maintenance of the house, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-kept.
• Coordinate and manage relationships with service vendors, including pool maintenance, HVAC services, electricians, and pest control.
• Perform light cleaning tasks throughout the week to maintain household tidiness.
• Provide childcare and babysitting services 2-3 times per week, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for household-related matters and handle day-to-day tasks to ensure the home operates smoothly.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping, home management, or a similar role preferred.
• Proven experience with childcare is required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
