Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Personal Care Attendant located in Windsor, CO. The Personal Care Attendant will be responsible for providing personal care services to a client with CP, which includes assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, transferring, feeding, ensuring the client's comfort and safety, caring for the client’s pets, light housekeeping and providing companionship. The role also involves communicating effectively with the client and their family to understand and meet their individual needs. Starting $18-21/hour.
Qualifications
- Experience in Personal Care Services and Personal Care preferred but not necessary, we can train the right person
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
- Strong sense of empathy and willingness to engage in activities with the client
- Valid drivers licence and clean driving record
- Ability to work on-site in Windsor, CO
- High level of compassion and dedication to client well-being
- High school diploma or equivalent
Salary : $18 - $21
