What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Chef position at Private Family?
Looking for a Seasonal (Summer only) Chef for a family with diferent meal preferences, specifications, food allergies and dietary restriction. Chef will do their own shopping for meal ingredients. Property has a commercial kitchen where meals would be prep'd in accordance with food health and safety regulations. Chef will also prepare weekly menus and, necessarily, have familiarity with working with menus.
Sound knowledge of different cuisines, preferably Mediterranean, Arabic, Morrocan or Italian. A stron understanding of nutrition. Escellent organizational and time management skills. Effective communication skills, exceptional customer service skills and detail-oriented.
