Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing front desk operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of office activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and proficiency in various office software applications.

Responsibilities

  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
  • Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Maintain an organized office environment by ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is functional.
  • Support other administrative staff as needed to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence in a timely manner.

Experience

  • Previous experience in an office setting or as receptionist is required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy, particularly with Google Suite applications.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A background in clerical work or front desk operations is a plus.
