Job Summary:

Duties:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Ensure all dishes are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- Assist with food preparation and plating when needed
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils
- Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly
- Restock dishes, utensils, and supplies as needed
- Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures at all times
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow
Skills:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or food handling role is preferred
- Knowledge of banquet or culinary operations is a plus
