What are the responsibilities and job description for the Servers position at Private Golf & Country Club?
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and timely manner
- Take customer orders and provide menu recommendations
- Serve food and beverages to customers
- Ensure accuracy in order delivery and address any customer concerns promptly
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Handle transactions and process payments accurately
Experience:
- Previous experience as a server or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of bussing, cash handling, and cash register operations
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience
- Basic culinary knowledge for assisting with food preparation when needed
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitate work areas
