Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Specialist to provide quality care to our clients. This is an hourly position with a consistent schedule, ideal for someone who is reliable, experienced, and passionate about caregiving.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care, hygiene, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to the client.
- Help with mobility and transfers, as needed.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
- Perform light housekeeping and ensure a clean, safe environment.
- Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition.
Qualifications:
- 1 year previous experience as a caregiver or care specialist.
- Valid driver's license and car insurance
- Familiarity with dementia care, stroke care, or other specialized caregiving is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dependable and able to work independently.
