Pay Rate: $15/hr - $17/hr starting pay, depending upon experience. Advancement and promotion opportunities (up to $18/hr ) available!

Job Description:

• Shifts range between 4-12 hours, depending upon availability.
• Personal care, meal preparation, errands, medication reminders and other assistance as directed by client.
• Light housekeeping, laundry and other household chores as visually observed.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
• Ability to assist with transporting (i.e. Gait Belt or Hoyer Lift)

Job Requirements:

• MUST be willing to drive 20 to 30 minutes or more to/from client's home
• Have paid caregiving experience and/or a CNA, PCA, LPN, or RN
• Experience working with Alzheimer's, Dementia, Parkinson's, or ALS patients a plus
• Be age 18 or older
• Pass a comprehensive background check and reference check
• Pass PHC’s skills & knowledge assessment
• Have a valid Driver's License, a good driving record, and an insured reliable vehicle
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills; High School Diploma or equivalent
