Job Description:
- Assistance with personal care, meal preparations, errands, medication reminders, drives, SBA with toileting and bathing, and other duties as requested.

Job Requirements:
- Professional Certified Nursing Assistant (license does not need to be active) with excellent communication skills.
- Polish Language Proficiency
- Honest, reliable and compassionate.
- Desire to be a friend to the client.
- Have at least 2 years of paid caregiving experience
- Pass a comprehensive background check and reference check
- Pass PHC’s skills & knowledge assessment through completion of training.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Additional training/education a plus!
Pay: Negotiable depending on skills sets and experience
