Job Description:
- Assistance with personal care, meal preparations, errands, medication reminders, transfers (Gait belt, Hoyer/Sit to Stand, Pivot Transfers), other duties as requested.
- Light housekeeping, laundry, and other duties as visually observed and requested.

Job Requirements:
~Professional Certified Nursing Assistant (license does not need to be active) with excellent communication skills.
~Honest, reliable and compassionate.
~Desire to be a friend to the client.
~Have at least 3 years of paid caregiving experience
~Pass a comprehensive background check and reference check
~Pass PHC’s skills & knowledge assessment through completion of training.
~Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills.
~High School Diploma or equivalent.
Additional training/education a plus!

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
