RN/LPN for daughter with tracheostomy 20-24hrs weekly

We need help taking care of our daughter. You must be dependable, trustworthy, and honest. Our Daughter is in a wheelchair, is non-verbal, has a tracheostomy (training provided), and is fed with a G-tube. She is highly alert and fully cognitive of everything that is going on. She has a smile that will light up your day. Everyone that meets her falls in love with her smile and her personality. She weighs 100lbs. We have a Hoyer lift that is attached to the ceiling Which makes it so much easier moving her from her wheelchair, comfy chair, and her adjustable bed. Her care consists of Diaper changes, GTube pump feeds, Administering Meds, monitoring her vitals, comfort measures like repositioning, and range of motion exercises. keeping her area clean, etc... She is taken out on the patio when it’s tolerated. She likes to listen to music, books, puzzles, crafts, and anything that gives her the best quality of life that she deserves.

Starting Pay: Range: $28-$35 per hour depending on credentials and experience.

This position is mainly to cover Saturday and Sunday 7a-7pm for one of our nurses going on maternity leave, but will continue being employed once she returns. You will be helping with covering call offs, vacations of other staff and assisting with inventory, ordering meds, etc… concerning my daughters care. Flexibility is a must so u are available as needed. You will be guaranteed 20hrs weekly minimum. I currently employ 5 nurses that work together as a team and have gotten very attached to my daughter. I am excited about adding another nurse to the team.

We have had Nurses stay for 11 years, 9 years, 5 years, and so forth.
