Overview: We are seeking a highly professional and skilled Housekeeper to maintain and manage the cleanliness and presentation of a prestigious private residence. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hospitality, specifically within 5-star hotels, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
- Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
- Notify superiors on any damages, deficits, and disturbances
- Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
- Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeper in 5-star hotels
- Excellent knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
- Integrity and ability to work independently
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hotel management is a plus
