About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Consultant to help establish and optimize a multi-LLC holding company focused on business, social impact, and creative ventures. This consultant will play a key role in structuring operations, streamlining workflows, and ensuring financial and legal compliance for multiple businesses under one umbrella.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Structuring & Strategy
- Assist in finalizing the parent LLC and subsidiary LLCs (cleaning, consulting, media production, design, and investments).
- Develop an operational framework for managing multiple revenue streams.
- Provide guidance on legal, tax, and financial best practices.
Systems & Process Optimization
- Set up business banking, bookkeeping, and accounting systems.
- Implement scalable processes for hiring, contracting, and managing workflows.
- Create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for each business function.
Hiring & Team Building
- Help identify and onboard key personnel (grant writer, marketing lead, etc.).
- Develop contractor and employee agreements as needed.
Revenue & Funding Strategy
- Assist in securing business contracts and identifying grant/funding opportunities.
- Recommend pricing structures and revenue models for each business line.
Ideal Candidate:
- 5 years experience in business operations, startup consulting, or corporate strategy.
- Knowledge of LLC structures, tax strategies, and financial planning (preferably in Texas).
- Experience in scaling service-based and product bases businesses (cleaning, consulting, creative industries).
- Ability to work independently and execute strategic initiatives.
- Understanding of social enterprises, nonprofits, and grant funding is a plus.
