About Me:
I (29F) work in nonprofit business administration for the arts and I myself am an artist, musician, screenwriter. I do not wear a badge of stress around the disability. I am a human living life in an injured body that now requires the helpful hands of others to sustain. In 2020 I was hit by a car alongside four others while walking across a crosswalk. It was my senior year of college. Someone died that day and I was paralyzed from the chest down without hand function. I went on to receive my Masters while in the hospital.
I’ve never strictly viewed this as a limitation but, an additional perspective to offer the world and that’s what I’ll need some help with, getting it out there! #DisabilityVisability
