Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage a high-volume Import Dealership's Parts Department's daily operations, purchase parts, maintain optimal pricing, manage inventory levels, train and manage staff, and much more.
- Analyze department performance and implement improvements
- Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Complete weekly inventory counts and reconcile differences
- Ship and receive parts
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Required : Dealership Parts Manager experience with excellent management, communication and customer service skills
