You'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the comprehensive reconditioning and service operation. Your responsibilities will encompass coordinating shop assignments, guiding personnel, setting performance standards, and ensuring superior work output.

Responsibilities :

• Effectively manage all areas of reconditioning operations, including but not limited to mechanical repairs, body shop, inventory, parts, quality, and safety.
• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations that impact reconditioning center.
• Review reconditioning work to ensure the company’s quality standards are achieved.
• Coordinates, schedules, and assign personnel.
• Apply disciplinary actions, including discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
• Coordinate automotive repair, and reconditioning to obtain maximum utilization of automotive equipment and personnel
• Schedule and coordinate repairs by priority, assigning the most qualified technicians to achieve the highest quality repairs at the lowest cost
• Maintain in good condition tools and equipment.
• Maintain proper accountability of technician productivity.
• Evaluate repair estimates for accuracy and efficacy.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment. Operate in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines, regarding hazardous material handling and safety
• Responsible for the safety of technicians and maintaining a safe working environment.
• Report all accidents to Human Resource and other designated personnel.
