Our client is seeking a 4-5th year attorney with private equity and M&A experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent drafting, writing, and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail, organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and project management skills. Experience in drafting and negotiating purchase and merger agreements, LLC and LP agreements, and other ancillary transaction documents is expected. The candidate should be capable of meeting the day-to-day requirements of private equity fund and portfolio company clients. The role requires good business and strategic judgment, with the ability to play a lead role as an extension of the client business teams in a team-oriented and dynamic environment. Excellent academic credentials and prior large firm experience working with private equity sponsors are required.
