Private Jet Center (PJC) is looking for a Flight Support - Client Advisor to be responsible for providing trip support. The role will encompass a variety of tasks including pre-flight logistics, current-day operations, and post-flight follow- through. The Flight Support team provides service to our clients 24/7/365 and delivers a seamless, customer experience to both external and internal customers.
Proactively, ensure that the flight scheduling system is updated at all times, creates and maintains communication for exceptional service to PJC Clients. You will be a PJC Ambassador and oversee the flight operations logistics, starting 72 hours prior to a flight through the post-flight journey and ensure exceptional customer service.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Pro Handle a high volume of in-person, telephone, and email correspondence from an extensive variety of Clients, Crew, and external contacts
· Confirm the details of the customer journey with suppliers and operators
· Generate complete and timely flight briefs to the clients
· Following movements and notifying clients and monitoring operations on flight day
· Arrange logistics and updating logistics for Clients and Crew as needed, including ground transportation, catering or other specific requests for clients
· Assist PJC Crewmembers with Hotel Arrangements in accordance with company hotel booking policy and financial guidelines
· Communicate to flight crews, team members, and vendors related to items that may impact all catering services transactions.
· Trouble-shoot potential service deviations because of flight schedule changes and proactively address to avoid disservice.
· Placing last minute orders with vendors such as door dash or grub hub
· Conduct various accounting related tasks including tracking, monitoring, and validating in-flight catering invoices and credit card transactions.
· In coordination with Flight Dispatch proactively research potential flight issues (i.e. Weather delays/diversions, alternate airports, slot/parking/permit constraints, etc.)
· Escalate and clearly communicate any potential flight issues that will impact a client flight thru company IROP Processes
· Complete a pre-flight review of off fleet crew qualifications utilizing PJC’s high safety standards; ensuring all company safety and quality processes are followed.
· Provide accurate, complete, and concise pass down of information to ensure all is kept apprised of all details being handled and outstanding items
· Fully utilize the company CRM and other flight operations systems
· Maintain the client and supplier database
· Ensure full compliance with company procedures, protocols and safety standards
· Support the Customer First initiatives to its fullest extent

QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
· Previous work experience or degree in aviation-related discipline
· General knowledge of aviation, geography, and travel logistics
· Private aviation knowledge of Part 135 operations
· Determination and accountability with a strong work ethic
· A high level attention to detail. Accuracy and speed are both important attributes
· Customer-focus with strong interpersonal skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· A solution-oriented individual with and ability to solve complex logistical puzzles daily
· A flexible and supportive teamember that is strong and self-motivated

· Experience with Jet Insight, FlightBridge, or Microsoft Office 365 is a plus
