**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly motivated Charter Sales Coordinator to join our team at Private Jet Center. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for responding to inbound charter requests, facilitating sales growth in the U.S., and selling private jet charter flights to high-net-worth individuals and companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete client experience from initial contact to post-flight follow-up, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with retail clients, wholesale brokers, and potential new clients to drive repeat business and generate new leads.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, quote requests, feedback, and other communications.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and operational costs to adjust pricing strategies and maximize revenue.
  • SOURCE aircraft on all flight requests, utilizing both on-fleet and off-fleet options to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with flight operations teams to coordinate aircraft availability, route planning, and logistics for each charter request.

Requirements:

  • One to three years' experience working in Part 135 aviation is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree is highly preferred but not required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Must work well under pressure and be able to multitask.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
