Responsibilities :
We’re seeking an experienced Manager to oversee and elevate the operations of our restaurant and bar. Your leadership will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day functions and long-term growth. Key responsibilities include :
- Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team
- Creating and implementing innovative marketing strategies to drive traffic and enhance brand visibility
- Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met and exceeded
- Managing inventory levels and maintaining strong relationships with vendors
- Designing and maintaining an efficient schedule to optimize staff performance
- Monitoring financial performance, including budgeting and revenue goals
- Enhancing food and beverage programs, with a focus on craft cocktails, craft beers, and high-quality menu offerings
