Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food handling and safety regulations are strictly followed.
- Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure efficient operations.
- Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Develop new menu items and specials based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Monitor food presentation to ensure high-quality standards are met.
Experience
- Proven experience as a MM Chef or in a similar culinary role.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary arts, and food service operations.
- Experience in team management within a kitchen environment is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with inventory control processes and hospitality best practices.
- Skills in bartending or beverage service are a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
