Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Assistant to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

• Assist healthcare professionals in delivering patient care, including monitoring vital signs and documenting patient information.
• Provide support in various departments such as Emergency Medicine, Hospital settings, or Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).
• Administer medications as directed by physicians and ensure proper documentation of medication administration.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families, addressing any concerns or questions regarding their care.
• Utilize medical terminology to accurately document patient interactions and care procedures.
• Support geriatric patients with daily activities and ensure their comfort during visits.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance patient service and improve overall care delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in patient care or a clinical environment is preferred; experience in Emergency Medicine or PICU is a plus.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures related to patient care.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
• A compassionate approach towards patient care, particularly for geriatric populations.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges within the clinical setting.
