What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist/Medical Assistant (Floater) position at Private Podiatry Office?
Fast pace podiatry office is in need of a medical assistant / front desk receptionist. The candidate for this job will be required to work five days a week. The candidate will " float" between the front desk ( calling patients back, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and intermediate front office work) as well as work as a back office medical assistant ( aiding the physician, bringing back patients, obtaining vitals, logging medical information into EHR as well as assisting in-office surgical procedures). Training is available on-site for this position.
* This individual will have to drive to the Ocala location on selected Wednesdays.
We are a small podiatry office but have a high volume of patients. We need an individual that is quick on their feet, willing to learn, focused, and hard-working.
