We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Provider Relations Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on building and maintaining positive relationships with healthcare providers in the community ensuring smooth communication between the providers and our organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, including physicians and other medical facilities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for providers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for provider recruitment, engagement, and retention.
- Create and distribute marketing materials for providers to enhance their understanding of products, services, and benefits.
- Organize provider networking events, training sessions, and webinars to foster engagement and collaboration.
- Analyze market trends and provider feedback to inform strategic marketing and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure providers are well-informed about changes in policies, procedures, and product offerings.
- Support the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns targeting providers, with a focus on network growth and loyalty.
- Track and report on the success of provider relations initiatives and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in healthcare provider relations or a similar healthcare-related field.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, policies, and regulations.
- Previous experience in marketing, including campaign development and communication strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with healthcare providers.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and marketing tools.
- Experience in healthcare insurance and/or managed care organizations.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
