My client is looking for part-time Nurse Practitioners. This position is in a nursing home and is primarily physical medicine and rehab. We are seeking someone who is enthusiastic about helping patients and building rapport with all stakeholders. The client is open to allowing this position to supplement your current income.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and assess patient health.
- Manage medical records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide health coaching and guidance to patients as needed.
- Perform procedures when applicable.
- Ensure patient safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop comprehensive patient care plans.
Requirements
- Valid Physician Assistant license in the United States.
- Proven experience in patient care and assessment.
- Strong knowledge of medical records management and health regulations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction.
- Self-directed to get things done with patient centered care in view.
- Familiarity with health coaching practices is a plus.
