What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Personal Assistant position at Private Residence?
As our Senior Personal Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our household manager in the day-to-day operations of our private residence. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with scheduling appointments, managing children's schedules, coordinating family and personal trips, handling financial transactions, reviewing credit card statements for fraud detection, maintaining accurate records of staff compensation and bonuses, and working closely with our Household Counsel on staff agreements.
