Job Overview
The CCW Officer plays a crucial role in maintaining safety and security within designated areas. This position requires a proactive approach to law enforcement and loss prevention, ensuring a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess strong observational skills, conflict management abilities, and a commitment to upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises through surveillance systems and physical patrols to deter and detect suspicious activities.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or alarms, utilizing conflict management techniques as necessary.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify potential security risks and implement appropriate measures.
• Provide first aid and CPR assistance when required, ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals on-site.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies as needed for investigations or incidents that require additional support.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any actions taken in response to security breaches or emergencies.
• Assist with loss prevention strategies by identifying theft or fraud attempts and taking appropriate action.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to security operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in law enforcement or security-related roles is preferred.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and surveillance systems (CCTV) is advantageous.
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent observational skills with attention to detail for identifying potential threats or irregularities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• A valid CCW (Concealed Carry Weapon) certificate is required for this position.
• Military experience is considered a plus but not mandatory.
