Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Guest Communication Specialist to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring our guests have a smooth and enjoyable stay. You’ll handle guest concerns, inspect vacation rental units for quality and readiness, deliver items as needed, and provide prompt, professional support across our communication channels (text, email, phone, etc.).
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, issues, and requests across all communication platforms
- Coordinate and deliver guest items (e.g., toiletries, linens, special requests) in a timely manner
- Perform inspections of vacation rental units to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and overall readiness
- Resolve guest complaints or escalate issues when necessary, always aiming for a positive resolution
- Keep accurate records of interactions, requests, and actions taken
- Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are met
- Assist in check-in/check-out coordination as needed
- Monitor and manage open guest tickets to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Provide a warm, helpful, and professional experience to all guests

Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, or guest-facing roles preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to stay calm and solution-focused in high-pressure situations
- Comfortable using communication tools and apps (email, ticketing systems, etc.)
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation for local travel to/from properties
- Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
