As a wealth advisor, you will support a Senior Advisor/Partner in our organization and grow quickly to manage your own client base.
What You’ll Do
Client Management: Oversee a client responsibility list, ensuring regular touch points and reviews for comprehensive financial planning and investment management.
Technical Expertise: Analyze data, design financial plans, and present them effectively to the client base. Stay current with tax laws and serve as a resource for the team. Participate in best practice events to enhance your knowledge and skills.
Business Development: Develop referrals from your existing clients and your professional network to expand our client base. While business development will not be required in the early stages of this role, It will be important for ongoing career and compensation growth.
Client Segmentation: Manage a book of clients, providing tailored financial advice and solutions.
What You’ll Bring
- 3 years of previous experience working in a wealth advisory business
- CFP certification
- Relationship building and management skills

- Base salary of $90,000 - $110,000 plus discretionary bonus (exact base salary amount will be dependent on experience)
