Job description
This position has the primary responsibility of performing general accounting duties. Those duties would include data entry, general accounting, and bookkeeping.

Responsibilities:
- Process Accounts Receivable invoices and payments
- Communicating with customers regarding payments on a weekly basis
- Provide a weekly report to the Accounting Manager on the status of all accounts receivable.
- New customer setup and maintenance/credit checks
- Process monthly late fee charges
- Maintain Customers’ Tax-Exempt Forms
- Provide customer service and answer telephone
- Completes office related responsibilities
- Research, track, and resolve accounting problems with Accounting Manager
- Other assignments as requested by Accounting Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting associate’s degree in accounting/business with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be well-organized, neat and possess the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of and comfortable with Microsoft-based computer programs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
