Duties
- Conduct assessments and assist the team develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Provide therapeutic interventions utilizing positive ABA therapy
- Implement behavior management strategies to support clients in achieving their goals.
- Engage in crisis management interventions when necessary to ensure client safety.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed based on ongoing evaluations.
- Transport client to and from work or community activities
- Assist with activities of home
- Assist with understanding social interactions when out and about
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating independence when required.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care with empathy and respect for individual needs.
- Current drivers license
- Current dependable

- Familiarity with what Autism is
- CPR first aid training
