-Mixologist experience required
-Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
-Oversee inventory and ordering
- Create signature cocktails and understand wine options
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Handle card transactions and POS system
- Upsell food and beverage items to increase sales
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient service

- Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Math: Proficiency in basic math skills for measuring ingredients, calculating bills, and making change
- POS (Point of Sale) systems: Experience using electronic cash registers or POS systems to process orders and payments
- Sales: Strong sales skills to promote menu items and upsell to customers
- Jonas POS: Familiarity with the Jonas POS system is a plus
- Food service: Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to handle food items properly
- Cash register: Experience operating a cash register and handling cash transactions accurately
- Food industry: Understanding of the food industry, including different types of beverages, ingredients, and customer preferences
- Help: Willingness to assist customers with their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Transaction card handling: Ability to handle transactions accurately while maintaining security measures
