Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our concrete crushing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating loaders and other heavy equipment in a construction or industrial setting. This position offers the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals while playing a crucial role in our operations.
Responsibilities:
Operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to feed concrete and asphalt materials into the crushing plant.
Monitor equipment operation and performance, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on loaders and other equipment, reporting any issues or malfunctions to the maintenance team.
Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to site-specific safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience operating loaders and heavy equipment, preferably in a construction or industrial environment.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
Commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations and protocols.
Basic math skills and the ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and technical specifications.
