As an IT Specialist / Generalist, you will primarily focus on hardware-related tasks, including installations, projects, and maintenance. You will work closely with our production planning team using a plant-wide ERP system and support our HR / Time & Attendance system, Paylocity. This role does not involve being the main contact for software issues but requires a strong understanding of our integrated systems.

Qualifications :

Experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Proven experience as an IT Specialist / Generalist or similar role.

Knowledge of network infrastructure and security. Strong knowledge of hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance.

Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Infor Visual.

Experience with HR / Time & Attendance systems, preferably Paylocity.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Certification in relevant IT fields (e.g., CompTIA A , Network ).

Key Responsibilities :

Install, configure, and maintain hardware components and systems.

Execute IT projects related to hardware upgrades and installations.

Collaborate with the production planning team to ensure seamless integration with ERP system.

Provide support for the HR / Time & Attendance system, Paylocity.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues. Maintain documentation of hardware configurations and procedures.

Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
