We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist - (MUST HAVE PRIOR OFFICE EXPERIENCE) to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain and organize office records, files, and documents (digital and physical).
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
- Handle data entry, record-keeping, and office supply inventory management.
- Support various departments with clerical tasks, such as printing, scanning, and filing.
- Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and organized.
- Provide customer service support by greeting visitors and addressing inquiries.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 2-4 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and phone systems.
