Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Direct and coordinate entire plant operation from dry/cold storage, inventory, incoming/outgoing loads, work closely with production, all within company policies and procedures.
The ability to meet specific efficiency goals as it relates to overall plant oversight including labor, maintenance, and operational expenses.
Reviews production orders or schedules to ascertain product data such as types, quantities, and specifications of products and scheduled delivery dates in order to plan department operations.
Plans production operations, establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products.
Reviews production and operating reports and resolves operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.
Enforce health and Safety protocols during all stages of production.
Resolves worker grievances or submits unsettled grievances to Human Resource Department for action.
Compiles, stores, and retrieves production data.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervises 40 employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Salary : $85,000 - $90,000
