Ideal Candidate:
* lives locally in the Cambridge area
* is self-motivated and able to manage daily tasks independently
* can be focused and present while on duty, with strong attention to detail
* can maintain a clean, organized living space
* has a valid driver's license for occasional transport using our wheelchair van
* can cook healthy meals, with an understanding of nutrition basics
* is physically capable of performing transfers (lift equipment provided)
* values authentic connections, smart discourse and continuous learning
Core Responsibilities:
* morning shifts (7 or 8am start)
* grooming, dressing, hygiene, transfers
* meal planning, prep, feeding
* household management (cleaning, organization, cat care)
* occasional overnight shifts
Compensation & Benefits:
* 15-40hrs/week @ $19.50/hour with perqs
