- Screening and scheduling interviews for the Recruitment Specialist
- Scheduling and assisting with the on-boarding process of new caregivers
- Prepare on-boarding paperwork and orientation packets
- Conducting reference/background checks on applicants
- Creating and filing new employee folders
- Creating employee badges
- Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere as our primary contact in the office
Successful candidates will:
- Have an outgoing personality and love talking to people
- Creative ideas on how to reach passive candidates
- A drive to exceed weekly and monthly hiring goals
The appropriate candidate will have the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 1-year experience in HR and/or recruitment
- College degree preferred
- Detail oriented
- Home Care/Healthcare experience a plus
Beyond the essential record-keeping duties, we are looking for a team player who enjoys people and works well on timesensitive situations.Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
