We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our primary care team in Needville, Texas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients across the adult age group with comprehensive medical care.
- Provide preventative care, acute illness management, chronic disease management, and health promotion services.
Job Details:
- Evaluate and treat 15 patients per day.
- Review bloodwork and refill prescriptions as needed.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team, with opportunities for autonomy.
Requirements:
- Active PA-C or NP license to practice in Texas.
- Proficiency in Spanish is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent clinical abilities, and a passion for building relationships with patients.
- Compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- State licensure and board certification.
