What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner position at Privia Medical Group?
We are currently looking for a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join Blackhawk Medical Group, a well-established family medicine practice in Danville, CA (San Francisco Bay Area) .
- Blackhawk Medical Group is part of BASS Medical Group, a well-established network comprised of 465 providers across 42 medical specialties
- Our practice offers a collegial environment with 5 board certified primary care physicians, 1 pediatrician, 6 physician assistants, and 3 nurse practitioners who are supported by experienced MAs, scribes, and administrative staff
- We provide the full range of primary care services to patients of all ages in our main office and immediate care services for minor illnesses and injuries in our walk-in clinic; the incoming provider will be asked to divide their time between both clinical settings
- Offering a flexible part-time schedule, with potential to grow into a full-time position in the future
- 2 weekend shifts (10 : 00-4 : 00) per month are required from all of our advanced practice providers
- We are expanding our office space and are projecting a start date in October 2025 ; unfortunately we do not have flexibility to start a new provider sooner due to our current office space limitations

Colorado, New York, New Jersey, California, Connecticut and Washington Residents Only : The salary range for this role is $80.00 to $90.00 per hour in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
