Community Health Service :
Our Homeless Community Care service is designed with a profound understanding that everyone deserves access to quality healthcare, regardless of their housing situation. Serving the Silver Spring, Maryland area, we offer primary care services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness, alongside specialized homeless medical respite care. This approach ensures a continuum of care that addresses both immediate health concerns and long-term wellness.
Position Details :
- Type : Full-time or part-time
- Schedule :
Full-time : 4 days per week in-office and 1 day work from home (1 / 2 day virtual care and 1 / 2 day administrative tasks)
