We are currently looking for a primary care nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our private practice in West Hartford, CT .
- Our multi-specialty group encompasses roughly 60 providers in 30 locations throughout the Hartford area.
- Outstanding opportunity to join our well-established private practice and work alongside 3 board certified family medicine physicians and tenured support staff in our West Hartford office.
- The incoming provider will be focusing on chronic and acute care for our adult and geriatric patient population, with the option to provide general women's health care.
- Full-time schedule including 4 days / week (32 hours / week); no evenings or weekends required, allowing for great work-life balance.
