We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented contract manager to oversee and manage all aspects of contract lifecycle management. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and compliant execution of contracts, from initiation to closure. This role requires a strong understanding of contract management principles, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Position Responsibilities:
- This will be a complete remote role
- This will be a part-time role.
- Review and execute new contracts or new task orders using the contract initiation checklist and submit them to client services for approval.
- Complete the Task Order and Modification Review Form and/or a Corrective Action or Preventive Action Form when appropriate.
- Sign Task task order and submit the final record to the client or prime contractor and files.
- File contract documents and provide invoicing information to Finance
- Maintain contract files and all modifications to contract subtasks.
- Manage the contract subtasks for each contract.
- Create a consolidated Contract Review Report and submit it to Client Services and Senior Management for review.
- Conduct contract file reviews monthly.
- Monitor contracts, modifications, and requirements.
- Provides quality control review of all significant document deliverables.
- Monitor the contract progress in fulfilling the technical requirements specified by the prime contractor in the contract.
- Inform the Client Services Manager of any technical or contractual problems or delays.
- Maintain Contract Tracking Sheet for all contracts and subtasks.
- Review and approve all invoices and submit approved invoices to clients or prime contractors.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in contract management, administration, or a similar role.
- Experience with State/ Federal government Contracting.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, or a related field.
