Position Responsibilities:
- This will be a complete remote role.
- This will be a part-time role.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and exit interviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems.
- Manage grievances and provide conflict resolution to maintain a healthy workplace culture.
- Ensure organizational compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Manage I-9 documentation and E-Verify processes.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with software licenses related to HR systems.
- Facilitate annual performance reviews and feedback processes.
- Partner with managers to address employee performance issues and implement improvement plans.
- Design and deliver employee training programs and webinars.
- Promote professional development initiatives to support employee growth.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, renewals, and inquiries.
- Collaborate with external vendors to ensure optimal benefits offerings.
- Maintain and update HR systems for accurate reporting and record-keeping.
- Generate and analyze HR metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Provide guidance on workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with federal or state agencies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
