- Interpret blueprints and drawings while accurately measuring dimensions to plan layout and procedures.
- Demonstrate proficiency with tape measures and other measurement tools.
- Select appropriate welding equipment or methods based on specific requirements.
- Prepare components for welding according to defined specifications, including cutting materials as needed.
- Operate angle grinders and other power tools to prepare parts for welding.
- Align components utilizing squares, tape measures, and clamps.
- Execute MIG welding techniques across various positions such as vertical, horizontal, and overhead.
- Exhibit the ability to weld sheet metal (18-24 gauge) and heavier plates (up to 1⁄2 inch).
- Assemble components using both power and hand tools while maintaining a keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong measurement skills with a tape measure.
- Familiarity with various welding equipment and techniques.
- Ability to operate power tools, including angle grinders.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with MIG welding methods.
- Knowledge of welding materials, including structural shapes like square tubing and I-beams.
- Entry-level or mid-level welding experience is preferred.
- Capability to weld 18-24 gauge sheet metal and heavier plates (1⁄2 inch).
- Familiarity with welding various structural shapes is advantageous.
- Must successfully pass a drug screening and background check.

Compensation And Benefits
- Starting pay range: $17-19 per hour.
- Regular working hours: Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., with potential overtime on Saturdays.
