- Load and unload delivery trucks with precision and efficiency.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to prepare equipment for events, ensuring all orders are fulfilled accurately.
- Communicate effectively with sales teams regarding specific job requirements and special notes.
- Conduct quality control inspections of all equipment prior to loading.
- Assemble and install tents following safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain the integrity of tent installations, making adjustments as necessary based on weather conditions.
- Provide assistance to customers with loading and unloading rental equipment, ensuring they understand all safety features.
- Report job completion and any required repairs to management.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 70 lbs.

Compensation And Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $15.00
- Seasonal and part-time employees are not eligible for benefits. Full-time employees are eligible for:
- 40 hours of paid time off (PTO) annually, accruing after 90 days of employment.
- Bonus for late-night delivery and pickup services.
- One week of vacation after one year of service.
- Medical, dental, and life insurance benefits after 60 days of employment.
