Job Overview

Your role will encompass essential functions such as water mitigation, demolition, and the relocation of equipment, helping to restore order when disaster strikes. Both driver and helper positions are available, with a requirement for on-call availability every other week, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute water pumping and extraction tasks
• Perform mold remediation
• Relocate and reset contents as required
• Install drying equipment
• Administer antimicrobial treatments as necessary
• Conduct inspections for vehicle safety and maintenance
• Maintain vehicles in a clean and operational state
• Construct polyethylene enclosures
• Remove and properly dispose of debris
• Uphold equipment used during daily operations
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong physical capability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and bending
• Familiarity with water mitigation and mold remediation is advantageous
• Proficient use of mobile devices for data collection
• Exceptional teamwork and communication abilities
  
  

Qualifications

• Ability to frequently lift over 50 lbs
• Occasional assisted lifting from 41 lbs (up to 50% of the time)
• Capability to navigate tight spaces
• Endurance for sustained periods of standing, sitting, walking, bending, and kneeling
• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential
  
  

Compensation And Benefits

• Competitive hourly wage ranging from \(15 to \)18 based on role (driver/helper) and experience
• Successful completion of drug screening and national background check required
