M-F 8-5pm with majority of position in office and approximately one day of the week in field. Rotate call 5pm-8am. Call rotation is divided between 5-8 people. 40 hours / wk Required Skills & Experience : -Three years' experience in direct patient care in a clinical setting required. Unless superseded by requirements listed in the state-specific section. -Minimum one year of management / supervisory experience required. -Two or more years' experience in hospice or home care required.
