Job Description:
The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care in the Labor and Delivery unit, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure excellent patient outcomes. Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing patients' physical and emotional needs
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Indiana
- Experience working in Labor and Delivery
- Ability to work 36 hours per week, including nights and weekends
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities
